Hanging Out At Home

If you need something fixed I know who to call!

Our little rescue team

Gwen at 5 months-where has the time gone!

Still lovin' the macaroni!

Baby of many faces

Getting ready for church... yes that is make-up! He applied it himself. The green, however, was a left over black-eye from falling!

My first pony tail!

Faces only a mother could love!

Trip to Utah

Sledding down the driveway.

Owen's snow "cupcake" -Tasty!

Gwen was not allowed outside so she stayed cozy inside!

Catching Up

So this post is mostly for Grandmas. Finally a few Christmas pictures (I know it's March)!

Our noisiest Christmas present!
When asked by Santa what he wanted for Christmas Owen replied, "Umm... a candy can."

Winter Wonderland

Last night it snowed for the first time in Houston since 2004. So I had to get Owen out of bed to enjoy the falling snow. He really liked it and said, "Ooo, dat's cold!" This morning, all of the snow had melted off of the grass but there was some still left on top of his sand table and we took the opportunity to go out and make an 8 inch snowman, sing the snowman song, and eat snow. Owen wasn't too sure about letting the snow touch his face until we told him it was like eating ice and then he didn't want to stop eating it. There weren't any pictures that turned out good enough for the blog from the snow falling last night but here are our snow highlights from this morning. I do like the snow but was glad that by the time I had to drive anywhere the sun was shining and there was no snow on the ground.

Halloween

We went trick-or-treating for the first time and it was so much fun. At the church party is when Owen discovered that if you say "Trick-or-Treat" they give you candy. SO after that he wanted to go. We went to a few houses and ended up with a bag full of only blue wrapped candy. Who knew there are so many pieces of candy with blue wrappers. Luckily for my diet (that I still need to start) they are all gross and I will not be eating any. Anyway, it was totally fun and we are excited for Christmas.

More Pictures

More pictures (thanks again Steph)! These may be the only ones where they are looking at the camera. Hopefully, we can get Owen to take a good picture WITH Gwen! Joel says we should audition Owen for a Spanish soap opera. Probably not! We think they are both pretty cute but we may be a little biased.
